Is there a down payment on bounce house or water slide rentals?

Yes, there is a $50 down payment that contributes to your overall payment for the rental of the bounce house or waterslide. It is non-refundable within a week time of your event. The down payment is refundable should inclement weather cancel the rental, or you cancel the reservation prior to one week before.
What is included in the bounce house or water slide rental?

The rental includes set-up, blow up, and take down of the bounce house or waterslide. We will provide a tarp for underneath the inflatable, the blower, electric extension cords, the unit itself, and (for waterslide rentals) a hose attachment that plugs into your garden hose.
Is there a delivery fee?

For deliveries under 15 miles from home base (an address in 78130 zip code), there is no fee . For deliveries over 15 miles, there is a $3 per per mile delivery fee.
When can I cancel for inclement weather?

If you are concerned about severe, inclement weather conditions for your booking date, please inform us PRIOR to your event. For severe weather conditions, we would be happy to offer you a full refund or raincheck PRIOR to set up. We will only offer the full refund or rain check in the event strong weather conditions are predicted to last through the majority of the day. If we have already traveled to you, set up, or taken down the bounce house or waterslide, we will not refund at that time. There will be no refunds after we set up your bounce or waterslide.
When could we cancel on you for inclement weather or wind?

We will cancel your bounce house or waterslide rental when wind speeds reach beyond 15 MPH, or when there is moderate to strong rains or lightening storms predicted for the the majority of the rental date. This is for safety reasons. With wind speeds of more than 15 MPH, inflatable bounce houses or waterslides can blow away, causing injury of occupants/other individuals in the vicinity or damage to the unit. Similarly, strong stormy conditions may lead to injury or damage to the unit.
Are you commercially insured?

YES! We have commercial insurance to cover your bounce house or waterslide rental for public, corporate, church, or other events. Please contact us if you have any requirements or questions on our commercial insurance coverage.
What discounts are available for customers?

We strongly support our police, firefighters, EMS first responders, and military, including active duty and veterans. To show our appreciation, we offer a 10% discount on bounce house or waterslide rentals for those who served our community and country. Customers also benefit from our bundled packages, which provide discounted rates for multiple bounce house or waterslide rentals at once.
What happens if unexpected rain begins once the rental is set up?

In the event of rain, we ask that you power the inflatable bounce house or water slide ON. By blowing it up, you keep the rain from flooding the inside of the unit. If rain is expected overnight, please DO NOT blow the bounce house or water slide up all night long unattended. Instead, you can pull the blower off and put it under the porch, and we’ll just deal with the flooded unit.
When do I need to turn the inflatable blower off?

You can power the bounce house or waterslide on and off as many times as you want. If the kids are going to get off for a few minutes (maybe eating cake/ice cream!), leave it on. If they are going to be off for 30+ minutes, you can unplug the blower or press the off switch. When they want to play again, just plug it back in or click it back on!
Do I leave the unit powered on overnight?

Please DO NOT leave the bounce house or waterslide running all night long.
Are the bounce houses and waterslides cleaned?

Yes! All of our bounce houses and waterslides are cleaned thoroughly using a disinfecting wash. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each bounce house or waterslide rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
What type of parties do you service?

Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Can I spray my water hose on the bounce house?

Under no circumstances should water be used with any bounce house that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables and waterslides designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event.
Does the unit have to be set up in grass?

Our inflatable bounce houses and waterslides can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
Where do you deliver?

We do not typically service further than 25 miles from home base (78130 zipcode), even with a delivery fee. Our area typically covers New Braunfels, San Marcos, Cibolo, Schertz, Marion, and Seguin. We have an additional fee for delivery over 15 miles. For large orders, we can discuss accommodating further distances than 25 miles. Please call our main line at 830-387-0042, and we will do our best to accommodate.
When do you set up and pick up the bounce houses and waterslides?

Set up and pick up times are dependent on your scheduled event. Generally, we will work to arrive 30 minutes to an hour early to ensure set up prior to your event. If circumstances allow, we may give you the option for set up the night before. Don’t worry! Bounce house and waterslide setup time is not included in time you paid for the rental.
What can be brought into the bounce house or on the waterslide?

Please do not bring pets into the bounce house or on the waterslide. Please also refrain from using silly string, putty, gum, chlorine tablets, sharp objects, food/drinks, sparkles, or any other products that may damage the vinyl of the inflatable. You may be liable to pay for the repair of the bounce house or waterslide for any significant damage caused.
